Job Summary:
Looloo Technology is looking for a marketing manager for Morkookids (www.morkookids.com), a telemedicine application aimed at young children. As a marketing manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and drive adoption and daily active users. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who can think outside the box, with strong analytical skills, a passion for technology, and a proven track record of delivering impactful marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with senior management to define marketing goals and develop comprehensive strategies to increase visibility and recognition of the telemedicine app among the target audience. Developing and executing marketing initiatives to attract and convert new users to download and start using the telemedicine app.
- Manage Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising. Optimize campaigns for lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion.
- Content Creation: Create compelling and relevant content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, videos, and social media posts. Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote products/services, events, and company initiatives. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed for optimal results.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer surveys to gain insights into industry trends, customer preferences, and market opportunities. Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making. e: Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and user feedback to ensure the app’s marketing positioning and offerings remain relevant and competitive.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Design, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Communicate marketing plans, progress, and results to stakeholders. Ensure effective internal communication strategies.
- Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Develop brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and visual assets to ensure a unified brand identity and customer experience.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocate resources strategically, and track expenses to ensure ROI and cost-effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in marketing roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in the tech industry or a related field is a plus
