Product Coordinator

Job Summary:

Right now, we are looking for an ambitious, proactive, and organized Product Coordinator who can create, manage, and execute product lifecycle plans with excellence. 

You can expect to be working among some of the brightest and most driven minds in a fast-paced working environment. As a Product Coordinator, you will support the Product Manager with a variety of tasks and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the operationality of the product. You will work in conjunction with the growth, risk, and product teams to identify user insights and usability risks. Your key mission will be to ensure that the current product operates at a high level of excellence, to troubleshoot problems at the executional level, and support the overall growth of product development.

Responsibilities:
  • Support top-down and bottom-up research to assess value and feasibility risks of each feature (e.g., survey, customer interviews, etc.)
  • Evaluate product needs, anticipate user requirements, and uncover areas for process improvements. 
  • Review product design and copywriting to suggest improvements based on market research, competitors, and industry trends. 
  • Work with developers, designers, and business development associates to develop plans for product optimization and growth hacking. 
  • Write precise requirements for the features that will be implemented in each sprint
  • Oversee the creation of  application manual to ensure the product delivered is clearly explained
  • Work closely with software testers to oversee the tests of key use cases and help perform manual testing pre-deployment. 
Preferred requirements & competencies:
  • High attention to detail and standard of work quality.
  • Experience conducting surveys and customer interviews
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong structured thinking, communication skills, and IT fluency.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance.
  • Proficient in Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides.
  • Experience in technology-based products is a plus.
  • English proficiency (written and spoken) is a plus.
