Business Development Intern or Co-op

Right now, we are looking for an ambitious, proactive, and energetic Business Development Intern to expand our clientele and work closely with clients to develop new solutions that could best serve their needs.

What Your Work Looks Like

As a Business Development Intern, your key mission is to work with Business Development team to help them execute projects, identify key problems, and deliverable impact. In this role, the problems you will tackle will require a curious and analytical mindset, a sharp intuition for the product development, and a high degree of user empathy to empower our clients to take bold steps in innovation while minimizing risks. You can expect to be working among some of the brightest and most driven minds in a fast-paced working environment. People who excel in this role enjoy solving open-ended and meaningful problems, can perform in environments with high degrees of freedom, and are self-motivated. 

Responsibilities
  • Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Research industries and organizations to identify key opportunities and develop new markets.
  • Develop business proposals and presentations.
  • Engage with clients to analyze problems and identify impactful solutions. 
  • Promote products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Develop quotations and proposals for clients.
  • Train personnel and help team members develop their skills.
  • Synthesize concrete goals from client needs and our long term roadmaps with a clear timeline.
  • Partner with internal teams and client stakeholders to drive product development and implementation in accordance with the timeline.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and enjoy high levels of autonomy.
  • Proficient in Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides.
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
