Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Growth
- Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities in AI and data analytics across industries.
- Research industries, market trends, and competitor activity to identify key opportunities for expansion.
- Drive revenue growth through enterprise sales and strategic partnerships.
- Develop compelling business proposals, presentations, and value propositions to win new clients.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding sales to existing customers and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, ensuring win-win partnerships with clients and technology partners.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Understand client pain points, objectives, and strategic goals to propose tailored solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and high client satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations to clients and senior management.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in large corporations, government agencies, and industry leaders.
- Lead high-level client meetings and presentations, demonstrating the value of Looloo’s AI solutions.
AI Market Positioning & Industry Leadership
- Stay ahead of AI trends and market demands to shape Looloo’s product and service offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop thought leadership content, case studies, and go-to-market strategies.
- Represent Looloo at industry conferences, networking events, and speaking engagements.
Project & Strategy Execution:
- Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between teams to drive efficient execution.
- Continuously refine and improve business development processes based on market insights.
Mentoring & Team Development
- Mentor and coach junior business development team members, fostering skill development and professional growth.
- Provide guidance on sales strategies, client engagement, and negotiation tactics.
- Promote a collaborative and high-performance culture within the BD team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, deal negotiation, and pipeline management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and CRM tools.
- Experience in Technology, Finance, Marketing, or related industries is a plus.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a high-autonomy environment.
