What Your Work Looks Like: 

As a product owner, your goal is to drive a product to success by orchestrating work in different departments. In this role, you will get a chance to build and manage a new product from all aspects ranging from idea validation, business development, UI design, software building, quality assurance, and finance. You can expect to be working among some of the brightest and most driven minds in a fast-paced working environment. People who excel in this role are self-driven, result-oriented, and enjoy solving open-ended and meaningful problems.

Responsibilities:
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and goals in alignment with business objectives and user needs.
  • Requirement Gathering: Elicit, document, and prioritize detailed product requirements through effective communication with stakeholders, market research, and competitive analysis.
  • Feature Backlog Management: Create, manage, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it contains well-defined and prioritized user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, designers, quality assurance, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
  • Roadmap Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain a dynamic product roadmap that balances short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals.
  • Release Planning: Plan and coordinate product releases, ensuring timely and successful delivery of features and updates.
  • User-Centric Design: Champion user-centered design principles and ensure that the product delivers outstanding user experiences and meets customer needs.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to product development, proactively address them, and provide mitigation strategies.
  • Metrics and Analytics: Define key product metrics, track their performance, and leverage data-driven insights to inform product decisions and iterations.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate product updates, progress, and key decisions to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Market and Industry Research: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualification:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a product manager, project manager, product owner or similar role in a tech-focused project.
  • Good technical background with a solid understanding of the software development process.
  • A track record of successfully delivering software products on time and within scope.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make well-informed decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and enjoy high levels of autonomy.
  • Passion for technology and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements.
