Job Summary
 We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Application Sales Executive to join our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our healthcare application products to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers. This role demands a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for healthcare application products.
    • Identify and qualify potential clients in the healthcare sector to generate new business opportunities.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
    • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions using our healthcare application products.
  3. Product Expertise:
    • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our healthcare application products and services.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings in the healthcare sector.
  4. Sales Process Management:
    • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
    • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit while ensuring client satisfaction.
  5. Customer Support and Follow-Up:
    • Provide ongoing support and follow-up with clients to address any issues and ensure satisfaction.
    • Gather feedback from clients to improve product offerings and customer service.
  6. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns tailored to the healthcare sector.
    • Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer feedback and specific healthcare needs.

 

Preferred requirements & competencies:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in selling healthcare application products or similar solutions.
  • Good logical and analytical thinking.
  • Fast learner, adapts well to and is energized by change.
  • Results-oriented strategic thinker, who is assertive and full of initiative.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices, particularly in the healthcare industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in selling healthcare applications or technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics and reporting.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
