What Your Work Looks Like:

We are looking for a proactive and highly skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team, with a strong emphasis on user research, problem exploration, and defining user needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting research, structuring information architecture (IA), designing user flows, and creating wireframes that translate into intuitive and seamless digital experiences.

This role is 60-70% UX-focused, with the remaining responsibilities in UI design. The right person will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to drive user-centered solutions and enhance our product experience.

Responsibilities:
  • User Research:
    • Conduct user research (qualitative & quantitative) to deeply understand user behaviors, pain points, and motivations.
    • Synthesize insights from interviews, usability testing, surveys, and analytics to define user needs and business opportunities.
    • Identify core user problems and frame them into clear problem statements to guide design decisions.

  • Information Architecture & User Flows
    • Structure and organize content effectively to create scalable and intuitive Information Architecture (IA).
    • Develop user flows, site maps, and navigation structures to improve usability and guide users toward key actions.
  • Wireframing and Prototyping:
    • Translate research insights into low to mid-fidelity wireframes and prototypes to visualize user journeys and interactions.
    • Iterate on designs based on usability testing, stakeholder feedback, and data-driven insights.

  • UI Design & Visual Consistency (30-40%):

    • Design clean, modern, and intuitive user interfaces that align with product goals.
    • Ensure UI elements are consistent across platforms and adhere to accessibility standards.
    • Work collaboratively with developers to maintain design fidelity during implementation.
  • Usability Testing & Validation:
    • Plan and conduct usability tests to evaluate and refine design solutions.
    • Analyze test results and optimize user flows, interaction models, and layouts accordingly.

  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to align user needs with business objectives.
    • Clearly communicate design rationale, research findings, and user insights to stakeholders.
    • Contribute to maintaining and improving the design system to ensure consistency across products.
Preferred requirements & competencies:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Design, Visual Communication, HCI, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a UX/UI Design with a strong portfolio showcasing research-driven UX work, IA development, and wireframing skills.
  • Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
  • Solid knowledge of user research methods, usability testing, and UX metrics.
  • Strong understanding of IA principles, user flows, and interaction design.
  • Experience with accessibility best practices (Inclusive design).
  • Familiarity with basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication skills to present and defend design decisions based on research and data.
  • Proactive mindset – constantly looking for ways to improve the product and solve user pain points.
What We Value
  • Curiosity & Critical Thinking: Not satisfied with surface-level answers—digs deep into problems.
  • Ownership & Initiative: Takes responsibility for their work and actively looks for ways to improve it.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Open to learning, sharing, and supporting teammates across disciplines.
  • Adaptability & Growth Mindset: Willing to learn, teach, lead, and follow in different situations.
