What Your Work Looks Like: 

As a senior UX UI designer, you are responsible for designing and overseeing the production of our company’s design work. Our design needs include websites, mobile applications, and user journeys. We are looking for someone with strong logical and analytical thinking skills, in addition to design expertise. You will lead a team of graphic and UI designers.

Responsibilities:

• Create design directions for digital products that serve to address the needs of our clients
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, problems, and design objectives.
• Develop and articulate design strategies that align with business goals and user needs.
• Ensure designs are user-centered, accessible, and adhere to best practices and standards.
• Design and supervise the production of all UX/UI-related work (user flow, wireframe, user testing, prototype, etc)
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure design solutions are feasible and implemented correctly.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers and other team members.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve design processes and methodologies.
• Balance multiple projects and priorities effectively while maintaining high-quality design work.

 

Preferred requirements & competencies:

• Excellent design skills, familiarity with major design tools such as the Figma and Adobe suite
• At least 3 years of experience in UX design.
• Manage design timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule
• A well-balanced combination of creativity and practicality
• Fine attention to details.
• Strong logical and analytical thinking skills.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and provide rationale for design decisions.
• Clearly articulate design vision, goals, and objectives to various audiences, including non-designers.
• Good communicator and a team player.
• UI experience is a plus.
