Role Overview<\/b> We are seeking a <\/span>Business Development Associate<\/b> who thrives at the intersection of strategy and hands-on execution. This is a unique hybrid role: you will be the driving force behind our commercial growth while simultaneously taking ownership of our day-to-day clinical operations. Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/h5>\n

  • Operational Leadership & Quality Assurance:<\/b> Oversee the end-to-end daily operations of our clinics. Implement rigorous quality control protocols to ensure operational excellence and the highest standard of patient care.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Team Supervision & Training:<\/b> Supervise, support, and facilitate training for all clinic staff, ensuring a cohesive and high-performing environment for both administrative personnel and medical professionals (including doctors).<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Talent Acquisition:<\/b> Proactively source, interview, and onboard top-tier doctors, nurses, and allied healthcare providers to meet the demands of our growing patient base.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Strategic Partnerships:<\/b> Initiate and cultivate high-value relationships with pharmaceutical companies, medical diagnostic laboratories, and health insurance providers to optimize our supply chain and service offerings.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Growth & Collaboration:<\/b> Actively explore, negotiate, and execute B2B collaborations to accelerate brand visibility and clinic growth.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Service Innovation:<\/b> Continuously analyze market trends and patient feedback to identify, design, and launch new medical and wellness services that attract new patrons and drive revenue expansion.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Real Estate Expansion:<\/b> Scout, evaluate, and secure prime, high-traffic locations for launching new clinic branches as part of our scaling strategy.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Requirements<\/b><\/h5>\n

    • Experience:<\/b> At least 3 years of proven experience in business development, operations, or related roles within a healthcare organization (experience in private hospitals or specialized clinics is highly preferred).<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Commercial Acumen:<\/b> A sharp, analytical business sense with the ability to identify revenue opportunities, optimize costs, and make data-driven decisions.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Exceptional Communication:<\/b> Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate persuasively with corporate partners, medical specialists, and internal teams.<\/span><\/li>\n
