Role Overview We are seeking a Business Development Associate who thrives at the intersection of strategy and hands-on execution. This is a unique hybrid role: you will be the driving force behind our commercial growth while simultaneously taking ownership of our day-to-day clinical operations. Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership & Quality Assurance: Oversee the end-to-end daily operations of our clinics. Implement rigorous quality control protocols to ensure operational excellence and the highest standard of patient care.
- Team Supervision & Training: Supervise, support, and facilitate training for all clinic staff, ensuring a cohesive and high-performing environment for both administrative personnel and medical professionals (including doctors).
- Talent Acquisition: Proactively source, interview, and onboard top-tier doctors, nurses, and allied healthcare providers to meet the demands of our growing patient base.
- Strategic Partnerships: Initiate and cultivate high-value relationships with pharmaceutical companies, medical diagnostic laboratories, and health insurance providers to optimize our supply chain and service offerings.
- Growth & Collaboration: Actively explore, negotiate, and execute B2B collaborations to accelerate brand visibility and clinic growth.
- Service Innovation: Continuously analyze market trends and patient feedback to identify, design, and launch new medical and wellness services that attract new patrons and drive revenue expansion.
- Real Estate Expansion: Scout, evaluate, and secure prime, high-traffic locations for launching new clinic branches as part of our scaling strategy.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in business development, operations, or related roles within a healthcare organization (experience in private hospitals or specialized clinics is highly preferred).
- Commercial Acumen: A sharp, analytical business sense with the ability to identify revenue opportunities, optimize costs, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate persuasively with corporate partners, medical specialists, and internal teams.
- Industry Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for the healthcare sector and a strong belief in leveraging technology to improve medical access and patient outcomes.
