We are looking for an experienced and proactive Accounting Manager who will independently lead and manage all accounting and financial operations. As the sole accountant in the team, you will be directly responsible for the end-to-end accounting function—ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting—while also driving improvements in systems and processes.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage full-spectrum accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, taxation, and monthly/year-end closing.
  2. Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulatory requirements, including VAT, WHT, and corporate income tax filings.
  3. Reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and inter-company transactions.
  4. Maintain and optimize accounting systems, tools, and documentation to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  5. Collaborate with external auditors, and relevant authorities.
  6. Handle all BOI-related documentation and compliance, ensuring ongoing eligibility and accurate reporting for BOI privileges.
  7. Manage the accounting records and financial statements of affiliated companies within the group, ensuring timely consolidation and accuracy.
  8. Issue quotations and invoices to clients, and follow up to ensure timely payments according to agreed timelines.
  9. Support budget planning and variance analysis for internal decision-making.
  10. Monitor cash flow and provide financial insights to support business operations.
  11. Take ownership of ad hoc financial tasks and cross-functional coordination with management and other teams.
  12. Review and analyze accounts in the statement of income and balance sheet to ensure consistency and correctness before account closing.
  13. Handle BOI-related documentation and compliance, ensuring ongoing eligibility and accurate reporting for BOI privileges.
  14. Prepare and close financial statements for BOI (ปิดงบสำหรับ BOI) in accordance with the Board of Investment’s requirements.
Preferred requirements & competencies:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPD or equivalent certification is a plus).
  • At least 5 years of hands-on accounting experience, ideally in a startup or SME environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai GAAP and taxation practices.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in accounting software (preferably Flow Account) and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
What We Value
  • People who take full ownership and pride in their work, even when working independently.
  • Team players who can collaborate across departments and contribute to overall business success.
  • Adaptive and resourceful individuals who continuously seek process improvements.
  • Analytical thinkers who are detail-driven and results-oriented.
  • Professionals with a high level of integrity, responsibility, and initiative.
