What We’re About: 

Mahamor aims to be Thailand’s first AI-powered Healthcare application that closes gaps in healthcare access without compromising service quality through a proven, accurate AI Technology. Our current services include: AI-powered preliminary diagnostic, AI-powered triage, best-in-class Telemedicine service, pharmacy delivery, and AI-powered post-visit monitoring.

What Your Work Looks Like:

You will be joining us approximately 2-3 months before launch. Prior to the application launch, you will be mainly planning out and preparing the operations and resourcing for the launch phase. After the launch, you will be ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through managing our partners (hospital, pharmacy chain) and our internal team of customer service representatives.

Responsibilities: 
  • Drive the execution of our 24/7 hybrid workforces, who deliver customer support, telemedicine care, and more (with support from our hospital partner team)
  • Develop SOP for key processes require in Telemedicine operations
  • Turn business recommendations to results by executing on action plans, project managing initiatives to completion
  • Process improvement – continuously develop and refine processes to streamline work for the Telemedicine team and make our overall operations more efficient
  • Work with cross functional teams of product managers, designers, doctors, 3rd party providers, and other operators to build best-in-class experiences for our customers
  • Manage vendor relationships, as necessary
Requirements:

  • Process-oriented: You have basic understanding of how Telemedicine operations work, exceptional organizational skills, and enjoy building scalable operational processes
  • Analytical Problem Solver: You have a strong analytical foundation with experience solving ambiguous and analytically complex problems
  • Detail-oriented: You pays great attention to details as we will be building an advanced system that will support complex operations
  • Proficient in English & Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM (startup experience preferred)
