Right now, we are looking for an ambitious, proactive, and energetic Marketing Manager. 

What Your Work Looks Like: 

As a Marketing Manager, your key mission is to lead the marketing team in improving our brand awareness and delivering continued increases in marketing-sourced revenue. You will be the custodian of our brand and will have a firm grasp on modern technology and various marketing analytics tools. You can expect to be working among some of the brightest and most driven minds in a fast-paced working environment. People who excel in this role enjoy solving open-ended and meaningful problems, can perform in environments with high degrees of freedom, and are self-motivated. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Analyze market trends and develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic 
  • Oversee the execution of marketing strategies, branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns 
  • Manage the marketing team’s staff & budget 
  • Assure the quality production of engaging content for our online platforms 
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns 
Requirements: 
  • Strong leadership, communication, multi-tasking, time management, analytical, and organizational skills 
  • Able to flourish with minimal guidance, proactive, and enjoy high levels of autonomy 
  • Proven experience in designing & implementing successful marketing strategies 
  • Solid knowledge of advertising and marketing analytics tools 
  • Proficient in English & Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or similar
