Right now, we are looking for an ambitious, proactive, and organized Product Coordinator who can create, manage, and execute product lifecycle plans with excellence. 

You can expect to be working among some of the brightest and most driven minds in a fast-paced working environment. As a Product Coordinator, you will support the Product Manager with a variety of tasks and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the operationality of the product. You will work in conjunction with the growth, risk, and product teams to identify user insights and usability risks. Your key mission will be to ensure that the current product operates at a high level of excellence, to troubleshoot problems at the executional level, and support the overall growth of product development.

What Your Work Looks Like: 

As a Content Writer, your key mission is to conduct a thorough research on industry-related topics in order to generate ideas for new content types and proofread articles before publication. Ultimately, you’ll deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers, and boost brand awareness. To be successful as a content writer, you will be keeping abreast of the latest SEO techniques. You should be able to contribute to the development of strategies that will increase reader engagement. You can expect to be working among some of the brightest and most driven minds in a fast-paced working environment. People who excel in this role enjoy solving open-ended and meaningful problems, can perform in environments with high degrees of freedom, and are self-motivated.

  • Proofread and edit writings on our mobile application & website
  • Draft application manuals (how to use our applications)
  • Researching industry-related topics from online sources and studies
  • Writing clear articles & social media posts to promote our products/services 
  • Proofread and edit writings before publication
  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate your articles 
  • Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic 
  • Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics 
  • Draft different formal documents as assigned (e.g., MOU, TOR, Letter of Intent, etc.)
  • Strong communication, multitasking, time management skills 
  • Able to flourish with minimal guidance, proactive, and enjoy high levels of autonomy 
  • Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
  • Familiarity with web & social media publications
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in Thai (English is a plus) 
  • Bachelor in Marketing, Journalism or related field
